Gossiping Mountains

This illustration is one of the funniest things I’ve drawn. I drew these gossiping mountains for #cheektober21 in Oct. The prompt was “gossiping mountains.”

I instantly knew I wanted a chaotic scene. Have you ever been minding your own business at home, gardening or out and about when suddenly you hear someone in the distance yelling? I think we’ve all been there at least once and so this idea was born.

I especially loved that the angry mountain is actually a volcano and that the two mountains are not only shocked, but also incredibly interested in what’s going on. looking at this today still makes me laugh. Imagine how much I was giggling while I drew it.
