Hello!

My name is Veronica. I live and breathe art and love creating any chance I get. Welcome to my world, I hope you enjoy!

Get to know me!

Veronica is a Mexican-American artist/illustrator, painter and wood burner born, raised and currently living in the Coachella Valley region of Southern California.

Since childhood, Veronica has been heavily interested and influenced by the colorful art scene of Palm Springs and the surrounding desert cities. Growing up in such a vibrant, art-centric area allowed her to dive deep and fully explore her artist nature. After winning a local gingerbread house illustration contest as a kid and having her art featured on a magazine cover, Veronica decided to pursue a career in the world of art. Thanks to her supportive mother for always making sure she had an endless supply of white paper, crayons and colored pencils, Veronica has flourished and grown into the artist she is today.

As an illustrator, painter and proud mental health advocate, she enjoys making art that helps herself and others during hard times and rainy days. Since the lockdown of 2020, Veronica has dedicated her time to developing her art style and building her portfolio. It is her lifelong dream to write and illustrate her own picture books based on the whimsical characters she creates on a daily basis. Besides making art, Veronica loves spending time with animals. There's a special place in her heart for all creatures, especially cats. She loves nature and enjoys exploring hiking trails with her best friend and husband Steven James Garza.
