Pumpkin Kid and Ghost Dog

This little pumpkin boy was actually my first attempt at drawing a small child back in Oct 2021. I was scrolling TikTok one night when I saw a cute video of a child carving pumpkins with his family and wearing one around his house with his Golden Retriever dog by his side.

It inspired me to illustrate a pumpkin boy and his trusty ghost puppy. I imagined that they lived on a pumpkin farm and that this little Pumpkin child’s favorite thing was to go for walks with his pup and find new heads to wear. A little spooky perhaps, but what’s Halloween without a little spooky fun?
